Believe it or not, we could see Tropical Storm Dolly form in the Atlantic today. The National Hurricane Center says a tropical system in the central Atlantic has a 90% chance of forming into a tropical cyclone and advisories could be issued as early as this afternoon. However, with forecasted conditions, Dolly will likely be a short lived storm.
