Toronto police have charged a suspect with first-degree murder in connection with a 2022 shooting which left a man dead inside a Scarborough parking lot.
In a news release, investigators announced that 39-year-old Toronto resident Justin Longshaw was arrested on Monday for the death of 31-year-old Ding Ping Wang, who was shot and killed while he was sitting in his vehicle.
