I did not have Shane Redmond inspect our home back in October of 2020, but I did have a building inspector, like Shane, who did a thorough inspection of my home. The inspector told me there was water in my basement before. I asked the owner who was selling the house about the water issue, and he said he lived there for seven years with no issue of flooding. In 2021, we had four foot high drifts here in Springhill. It rained one night in February and the basement flooded.

Because I didn’t get water insurance coverage based on what the previous owner told me, I had to pay out of pocket to repair the water damage. I know Shane has the proper credentials and he will tell you what issues you have with your new home before you purchase it. If he tells you about an issue, consider carefully what you do. Take his recommendations before signing the dotted line. I would definitely recommend Shane.
