Police in Bridgewater, N.S., say they have found the remains of a person who was reported missing and their death is “suspicious.”
A Bridgewater Police Service K9 team found Finn McDormand’s remains in a secluded wooded area near Forest Hill Road Wednesday.
Police asked people to avoid the area in an evening news release posted to social media.
“At this point in the investigation, police are unable to provide additional information or speculate on the cause of death,” the release reads.
Investigators say they have notified the Nova Scotia Medical Examiner Service.
