What you’ll learn:

• Gentle chair-based yoga poses

• Basics of the skeletal and muscular system

• How muscles support movement

• How to protect the skeletal system from injury, with special attention to the spine

• Yogic breathing techniques

• Introductory yogic philosophy

• A series of challenges that gradually build over the 4 weeks
